Everything from the remote support list above plus... complex file recovery from corrupt or dead systems, complex backup solutions, hardware installation, memory and hard drive upgrades, network configuration, upgrading from Windows to Linux, Vacation relief for IT admins.
What is supported
Windows, Linux, Unix, MacOS, routers, firewalls, switches, computer hardware and software.
If I can't fix it, there is no charge.
I work on-call for individuals, small companies without IT departments, and large companies with IT departments but needing extra help.
Computer services available Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm
Currently working in the mid-southern Colorado area around Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Calhan, Elbert, and Kiowa.
Phone and remote support available for anyone outside of my commute area.
